General Questions

We cover all of East and West Sussex, however are happy to travel outside of this. We often work in Surrey, Hampshire and Kent.

We are qualified to carry out all types of plumbing work from a simple dripping tap, to shower and radiators, to full commercial refits.

Services Info

We charge £90.0 + VAT per hour / part of the hour, Monday – Saturday 8am-5pm. We also offer an out of hours and 24/7 emergency service, please call for the hourly rate. Payment is required on receipt of the invoice.

Annual boiler service starts at £75 + VAT depending on the amount of work required. Oil boiler services can often take longer; the engineer will be able to advise you of this. We offer 10% discount on the £75 + VAT for customers who have used us before.

Yes. We will also advise you on the best type of boiler and central heating system for your property.

If you rent out property as a Landlord, you are responsible for ensuring all gas appliances are checked every 12 months and kept in good working order. Once completed, you will be issued with a certificate, which must be kept for 2 years.

Yes we are fully CLA safety accredited, and all of our plumbers are fully qualified.

We also have full liability coverage.

Emergency Questions

We cover all works immediately classified as an emergency. 

This includes severe water and gas leaks and complete service outages such as heating or water.

Our emergency callout fee starts at £220+VAT, however the total invoice will include travel expensives, hours of service and parts supplied.

If you are unsure if your issue would be classified as an emergency callout, please feel free to call us for clarification. If it’s decided that the issue is not an immediate emergency, we will be happy to book you in as soon as possible.
